Our Products
SERENE SNAANA products are made in India. We work with familiar plant-based ingredients and traditional physical processes such as cold pressing, infusion and steam distillation, with an emphasis on simple formulations and minimal processing.
Because natural ingredients can vary, colour, aroma, clarity, sediment or texture may differ slightly from batch to batch. Reasonable natural variation does not by itself mean that a product is defective.
As our products are made and packed in small batches with significant manual handling rather than on fully automated factory lines, slight variations in label placement or alignment may occasionally occur. These variations do not affect the product, its quality or its contents. If you feel the label contains incorrect product,
ingredient, batch or other important information—not simply a minor alignment variation—please contact us immediately.
Product Information and Multi-Use
We aim to show clear ingredients, directions, quantity, cautions and storage information on the product page and label. Some products are intentionally made for more than one use.
For example, a rose water that is specifically presented for both topical and culinary use may be used as a face mist or toner and may also be added to foods, desserts or beverages according to its directions.
Please use each finished product only in the ways stated on its current label and product page.
Orders and Payments
Placing an order is a request to purchase. We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product becomes unavailable, payment fails, an address is incomplete, there is a pricing or website error, or the order cannot lawfully be shipped. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Order cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation or recall may not be possible.
International Orders
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international orders, including U.S. orders, are sold, packed and dispatched from India. Any duties, taxes or import charges are handled according to the terms shown at checkout or by the applicable carrier/customs process.
Product Use and Safety
Natural and pure products still need to be used properly. Please read the ingredients, directions and cautions before use. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, review the ingredient list carefully.

We try to keep website information accurate and useful. Product information is provided for general product guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the customer contract are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, contractual disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. This does not remove any mandatory consumer, product-safety, privacy or import requirement that legally applies to an international order.
